Stixmavel Refund and Return Policy

At Stixmavel, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please read our policy below for full details on how to return products and request a refund.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website https://stixmavel.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@stixmavel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that it is in its original condition and packaging. Ship the return to the address provided with your Return Authorization. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Processing Your Return: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is accepted, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.


4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item and notify you of the shipping details.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with returning the item and offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

To report a damaged or defective item, please provide:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective product.
  • A description of the issue.

7. Order Cancellations
